These are children's sandals for boys and girls, in two broad constructions: open EVA and rubber sandals with a toe-loop, buckle or hook-and-loop strap, and closed-toe sports sandals built on a webbing upper over a moulded sole. The range covers plain colours, two-tone combinations and a few decorated styles such as beading, so a single order can carry the plain everyday pair and the dressier one a parent buys for a party or a school event.

Open EVA sandals are the volume seller. EVA is light, does not absorb water, and moulds slightly to the foot, which is why it dominates the school-holiday and rainy-season trade. A buckle or hook-and-loop strap adjusts as a foot swells in the heat or as the child grows between orders, where a fixed toe-loop does not adjust at all and is replaced sooner. Strap fastening	Fixed toe-loop, adjustable buckle, or hook-and-loop (velcro). A fixed toe-loop cannot be loosened as the foot grows, so that pair is replaced sooner. Buckle and hook-and-loop give a size or two of adjustment, which matters most for the younger age brackets that grow fastest.

Ask every supplier whether their figure is per style, per size or per colour, and get the answer in writing.

Decorated styles, non-standard colours and any printed branding each tend to carry their own minimum on top of the base figure. A first order is nearly always better placed on standard EVA sandals across a normal size spread, with a smaller share of closed-toe and decorated styles mixed in.
